Monika Tyloch-Szczubiał

Graduate of the University of Gdask’s Faculty of Law and Administration. Participated in the International and European Legal Studies Programme at Universiteit Antwerpen in Belgium as part of the ERASMUS program. Graduate of the School of German Law “Schule des Deutschen Rechts’ co-organized by Universität zu Köln and the University of Gdansk.
She attended legal advisor training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Bydgoszcz in 2016, and she passed the attorney-at-law test in 2017. In 2019, she completed her PhD studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun and defended her dissertation thesis on the concerns of everlasting provisions in European state constitutions the same year. Author of various academic writing on constitutional law.

She has previously worked at law offices in Gdansk, Rumia, Bydgoszcz, and Warsaw. She specialises in commercial and civil law, with a particular emphasis on company insurance and civil liability, particularly professional liability. Has prior experience negotiating settlements. Lawyer with extensive trial experience.

She is skilled in both English and German.

Hubert Makowski

Attorney-at-law since 2013. Graduate of the Maria Curie University Skodowska Faculty of Law and Administration. He obtained professional experience in law firms in Warsaw, where he provided legal counsel to leading Polish insurance businesses. Expert in civil law, particularly in instances relating to insurance economic and civil liability. Hubert is an expert in dispute resolution. For many years, he has been conducting trials in the field of business insurance, namely liability for bodily harm, as well as claims for a change in the mode of performance of responsibilities by the insurance company due to the deadline of the guarantee sum. He has also managed settlement negotiations in civil matters. His professional interests include civil law, transportation law, inheritance law, criminal law, and economic insurance law.

Paweł Motyka

A graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin’s Faculty of Law. He completed his legal education at Krakow’s District Bar Council and passed the professional examination in 2018.
He acquired expertise by collaborating with law firms and territorial government entities. He has numerous years of experience in criminal law and criminal process. Concentrates his practice on commercial and civil law, particularly instances involving company insurance and civil responsibility.

He speaks English.

Sylwia Pawlonka-Sawicka

Sylwia is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed her legal counsel training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw, and passed the legal advisor’s exam in 2025. In addition, Sylwia graduated from the School of American Law conducted in cooperation with Emory University – School of Law and Georgia State University – Collage of Law.

She gained her professional experience so far mainly in the area of dispute resolution in Polish and international law firms in Warsaw. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial and labour law cases. In addition Sylwia has been involved in a number of pro bono projects, particularly in human rights cases.

She works in Polish and English.

Paulina Górnik

Paulina is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw with a degree in law and she is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Stefan Wyszyński University with a degree in international relations. She completed her legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw and passed the bar exam in 2025.

She gained her professional experience mainly in law firms in Warsaw, in an entity dealing with damage liquidation, and in an institution established to examine complaints about the financial market. She is a certified mediator. Her interests focus on civil law and commercial insurance law.

She works in Polish, English, and Italian.

Michał Simla

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. He completed his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Łódź. In 2019, he passed his professional examination.

He gained experience working with law firms in Łódź. He specialises in commercial and civil law, in particular in matters related to commercial insurance and civil liability. He also has several years of experience in matters related to indexed and foreign currency-denominated loans and credits. An experienced litigation lawyer.

He is fluent in English.

Zuzanna Chojnacka-Gołaszewska

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and of postgraduate studies in Legal and Economic Foundations of the Investment Process at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She completed her legal adviser training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw, passing the professional examination in 2024.

She has gained her professional experience in law firms specializing mainly in providing services to leading Polish insurers and repair service companies, as well as working as in-house counsel for both Polish and international insurance companies. She has extensive litigation experience, independently handling cases in the field of commercial insurance (representing both insurers and claimants — including individuals, repair workshops, car rental companies, and others). She is also experienced in conducting settlement negotiations.
Her professional interests focus primarily on civil liability and commercial insurance law, though she also has experience in handling cases in the fields of labor law and criminal law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. He completed his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Łódź. In 2019, he passed his professional examination.

He gained experience working with law firms in Łódź. He specialises in commercial and civil law, in particular in matters related to commercial insurance and civil liability. He also has several years of experience in matters related to indexed and foreign currency-denominated loans and credits. An experienced litigation lawyer.

Przemysław Piotrowski

Przemek is gdraduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. So far, he has gained professional experience in providing legal services to insurance company dealing with property, personal and communications insurance law. He is currently at his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. He is interested in civil law, including commercial insurance law and litigation.

He speaks English.

Wiktoria Winter

Second-year Law student at the University Śląski in Katowice. At the firm, she provides administrative support to the legal team, including the preparation of legal documents and correspondence, as well as liaising with clients and courts.

Her main areas of interest are civil and commercial law, which she intends to pursue professionally.

She values accuracy, commitment, and a well-organised approach to work. Outside of the office, she is passionate about literature and equestrianism.
