Monika Tyloch-Szczubiał

Graduate of the University of Gdask’s Faculty of Law and Administration. Participated in the International and European Legal Studies Programme at Universiteit Antwerpen in Belgium as part of the ERASMUS program. Graduate of the School of German Law “Schule des Deutschen Rechts’ co-organized by Universität zu Köln and the University of Gdansk.
She attended legal advisor training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Bydgoszcz in 2016, and she passed the attorney-at-law test in 2017. In 2019, she completed her PhD studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun and defended her dissertation thesis on the concerns of everlasting provisions in European state constitutions the same year. Author of various academic writing on constitutional law.

She has previously worked at law offices in Gdansk, Rumia, Bydgoszcz, and Warsaw. She specialises in commercial and civil law, with a particular emphasis on company insurance and civil liability, particularly professional liability. Has prior experience negotiating settlements. Lawyer with extensive trial experience.

She is skilled in both English and German.

Hubert Makowski

Attorney-at-law since 2013. Graduate of the Maria Curie University Skodowska Faculty of Law and Administration. He obtained professional experience in law firms in Warsaw, where he provided legal counsel to leading Polish insurance businesses. Expert in civil law, particularly in instances relating to insurance economic and civil liability. Hubert is an expert in dispute resolution. For many years, he has been conducting trials in the field of business insurance, namely liability for bodily harm, as well as claims for a change in the mode of performance of responsibilities by the insurance company due to the deadline of the guarantee sum. He has also managed settlement negotiations in civil matters. His professional interests include civil law, transportation law, inheritance law, criminal law, and economic insurance law.

Paweł Motyka

A graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin’s Faculty of Law. He completed his legal education at Krakow’s District Bar Council and passed the professional examination in 2018.
He acquired expertise by collaborating with law firms and territorial government entities. He has numerous years of experience in criminal law and criminal process. Concentrates his practice on commercial and civil law, particularly instances involving company insurance and civil responsibility.

He speaks English.

Gabriela Pabian

A graduate of the Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Law and Administration in Kraków. In 2022, she completed legal counsel training at Krakow’s District Chamber of Legal Advisers and passed the professional examination. She has obtained experience by working with legal advisers’ offices in Krakow, as well one of Poland’s leading insurers. Gabriela has also gained knowledge through her work with a claims settlement organisation. Her professional interests include civil law, particularly concerns of civil responsibility, as well as economic insurance difficulties.

Aleksandra Ołdak-Oleksiuk

A graduate of the University of Łódź Faculty of Law and Administration. She obtained professional experience by working in law firms in Łódź and Warsaw alongside lawyers and legal consultants. She provided legal services, business entities, and continuous advice for firms and people as part of her attorney-at-law traineeship. Her traineeship is now taking place at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Aleksandra honed her talents in civil law, commercial insurance law, and court disputes. Her legal interests include copyright.

She is competent in English.

Paulina Górnik

A graduate of the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration majoring in law and an alumnus of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University’s Faculty of Law and Administration, pursuing international relations. She began working as a trainee lawyer at the District Court Bar Council in Warsaw in January 2021.

So far, she has received legal experience in law firms, contracting entity claims settlement, and the organisation established to consider complaints about financial market operations. She possesses the qualifications of a mediator. Her specialties include civil and corporate insurance law.

She is speaks English and Italian.
